Do you only work with real estate agents, or can private homeowners book as well?

Both! We regularly work with real estate agents, developers, builders, and private sellers.

How do I book a shoot?

You can book directly through our website, by email, or by phone. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

How long does a typical photoshoot take?

Depending on the property size and services booked, shoots usually take 1–3 hours. Larger homes, drone work, and 3D tours may take longer.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

It’s optional. We’re happy to work with access provided by your agent or lockbox if you can’t be onsite.

How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day delivery can be arranged on request (additional fee may apply).

How are the files delivered?

You’ll receive high-resolution and web-optimized files via a secure online gallery link for easy download and sharing.

What if it rains on the day of the shoot?

We’ll discuss options—either proceed with interiors only or reschedule at no additional cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Please notify us as early as possible for changes.
